Spandi is our industrial automation platform in development. The planned rack-based system brings an embedded Linux controller, selectable expansion modules and supporting engineering software into one platform.

Ishanya Labs Private Limited was incorporated in India on 5 September 2026. Our primary focus is to develop and manufacture industrial automation devices in India. We are currently establishing this work through research and development in embedded technology and modular control systems.

Director (Technology & System Architecture)
Mr. Madhukar Hari Jadhav
- Retired from H.E.M.R.L., D.R.D.O., Ministry of Defence, Pune, following over 35 years of service, with experience in analytical instrumentation, pilot-plant process control systems and high-energy materials.
- Two and a half years in the Quality Control department at Kishor Pumps, Pune, during its technical collaboration with Gentil Pumpentechnik GmbH, Germany.
Technical Role: Directs platform hardware architecture, embedded firmware, functional safety architecture, and quality testing.
